Founded by retired U.S. Army First Sergeant Darren Johnson, TWCS combines military leadership, technical expertise, and operational discipline to help organizations solve complex challenges and achieve mission success.

Founder & President
Retired U.S. Army First Sergeant with more than 25 years of leadership experience across communications, information technology, cybersecurity, logistics, operations management, and organizational leadership.
DARLY E. LEAKE
General Manager & Director of Operations
Leads daily operations, workforce management, organizational development, and strategic execution. His military, education, training, and organizational management experience supports operational readiness and company growth.
THURMAN PATE
Engineering Manager
Provides technical leadership in engineering support, nuclear procurement, supply chain management, logistics, scheduling, materials management, and complex project execution.
Dallas Powell
Project Manager
Brings extensive experience in strategic planning, program and project management, information technology, cybersecurity, communications, enterprise systems, risk mitigation, team leadership, and operational execution. His background includes leading complex cyber and technology initiatives for government organizations.
